Our Process

It’s all about first impressions…within 15 seconds buyers decide if they’re interested in making a property their home. Whether its new construction, a flip-house, or a vacant home The White Couch helps the buyer better visualize and get excited about a home’s possibilities. We transform empty rooms into elegant yet comfortable spaces to help our buyer imagine themselves living there. We charge a one-time staging fee and a furniture and accessories fee (charged monthly).




Initial Meeting

We listen to your unique needs. We take pictures in order to formulate a Staging Proposal and estimate. Please allow one to two hours for our initial visit.



Proposal

Within forty-eight hours of our visit, we will send you a proposal, with different options if you prefer.



Save the Date

When you confirm that you would like to work with us to sell your home, we choose a date to Stage your home. We will email you a contract that will need to be signed on or before our Staging date. Your Staging fee will also be due at that time.



Preparation

We spend several hours looking at photographs of the rooms in your home and shopping our inventory in order to choose the perfect pieces of furniture and accessories to fit your style of home.


House Readiness

Prior to Staging Day, your house and carpets should be professionally cleaned. All surfaces and floors should be clear of boxes, paperwork, cleaning products, extra furniture not being used, clothing, and personal items, etc., and removed to storage or packed.



Staging Day

On Staging Day, we request that we have the entire house to ourselves for seamless installation. Most projects are completed in one day.



De-Staging

Once your home sells, we will then schedule a day to de-stage your house.
